Take after-meal medicines right after the meal with just a little water (2–3 sips). If you want more water, take them 1 hour after the meal instead. Follow each label for doses and drops, or your vaidya's advice. भोजन के बाद वाली दवाएँ थोड़े से पानी से तुरंत लें; ज़्यादा पानी पीना हो तो भोजन के 1 घंटे बाद लें। नस्य: सुबह नहाने के बाद और रात को सोने से पहले।
