Cancellation & Return Policy

NADI VAIDYA PHARMACY PRIVATE LIMITED believes in helping its customers as far as possible. Under this policy:

A cancellation is considered only if it is requested soon after placing the order. It may not be possible once the order has been processed for shipping.

As these are Ayurvedic medicines meant for consumption, products cannot be returned once shipped, except in the cases below.
Damaged, defective or wrong product: please report it to our customer service within 7 days of receiving it. Photos or an unboxing video help us resolve it quickly. After our team checks and confirms the issue, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Product not as shown on the site: please tell our customer service within 7 days of receiving it. The team will look into your complaint and take an appropriate decision.
Once a return or refund is approved, it takes 6–8 days to be processed.
