Shipping within India

• Free shipping on all orders above ₹500. For orders below ₹500, the shipping charge is shown at checkout before you pay.
• Orders are shipped through registered courier partners (via Shiprocket) and/or Speed Post.
• Orders are handed over to the courier within 6–8 days of order and payment, or as per the delivery date agreed at order confirmation. Delivery time after that depends on your location and courier norms.
• Tracking details are shared on your email/phone once the order is shipped.
• We accept prepaid orders only (UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking). Cash on Delivery is not available.
• Orders are delivered to the address given by the buyer at checkout. Please make sure the address and phone number are correct.

International orders

International orders are shipped through registered international courier companies and/or International Speed Post.

Delays

NADI VAIDYA PHARMACY PRIVATE LIMITED guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier or postal authorities within the time above, and is not liable for delays caused by the courier company or postal authorities.
