How to take (समय और अनुपान)

When: After meals.

Anupan: Take right after the meal with just a little water (2–3 sips). If you feel like drinking more water, take it 1 hour after the meal instead. This keeps to the Nadi Vaidya rule of no water for an hour after meals.

Dose: As printed on the label, or as advised by your vaidya after Nadi Pariksha.

Inside the Formula: Shastrokta Wisdom & Modern Research
Ayurveda describes painful, burning or difficult urination as mutrakricchra and urinary stones as ashmari. Both are disorders of mutravaha srotas and apana vata. UT Care brings together around 30 classical herbs and preparations, including the classic urinary herbs, the bladder-cleansing basti-shodhana group, alkaline ksharas and the great rasayana Shilajit.
